In the wide former barn of Cascina Prato Pascolo, restored by La Mandria Park, a school restaurant run by the professional training center Formont, is working.
The restaurant puts a lot of attention to the promotion of the regional food and wine and at the same time gives students the opportunity to enrich their professional skill.
