Open daily from 8. 00 am to:

  • 6 pm (from February 15 to February 28)
  • 7 pm (from March 1 to March 28)
  • 8 pm (from March 29 to September 12)
  • 7 pm (from September 13 to October 24)
  • 5 pm (from October 26 to February 14)

The Ponte Verde Information Point is open every day. It is situated at the main entrance to the Park, just after Ponte Verde from the direction of Viale Carlo Emanuele II in Venaria Reale
Here the visitor is welcomed by personnel trained by the organisation, ready to satisfy all information requirements regarding the Park, its initiatives and activities.
Here you can reserve guided tours and agree on special itineraries for schools, groups and associations.
There is also a well-equipped bookshop in the centre, where it is possible to purchase books, leaflets and gadgets. At the information point you will also find:

    • Subscription to Turin and Piedmont museums which gives holders the right to free entry to many museums in Turin and Piedmont, as well as to the Royal Apartments of Vittorio Emanuele II, reduced price entry for this year to Al.Bo and at a special rate for associations for all other visits.
    • The Carta Trekking € 22, allows the holder to participate in 4 full-day trekking outings of their choice.
    • The Carta Trekking € 12, allows the holder to participate in 4 half-day trekking outings, including night-time outings.

     

    The Park Reception Desk

    On a weekly basis and subject to an appointment at the Ponte Verde welcome point and the welcome point at the entrance to Druento, the board members of the Park’s board of directors will meet users to hear suggestions and advice with the aim of improving the services at the Park itself. To make an appointment for a meeting, please call the Public Relations office of the Park Organisation during office hours at 011 499 3301, or from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm at the Information Point 011 499 3381, which will arrange for an appointment.
